The Workshop is Full for December 3, 2017.
Our Christmas Workshop is a community service project facilitated by members of the Garden Club of London and the Friends of the London Civic Garden Complex. It is held each year on the first Sunday in December at the London Civic Garden Complex. For a small fee, participants come to learn to make a beautiful table centerpiece for Christmas.
This is an event run with the support of ‘Friends of the London Civic Garden Complex’ volunteer members who prepare the greenery bundles. The design focus is on the natural material, and members of the Garden Club collect and prepare all the decorations used in designs.
During the workshop, there will be demonstrations of “how to” followed by participants creating their own table arrangements. There will be many Garden Club and Friends members to give support to those who need help with their designs. Designs created by the instructors will be drawn as door prizes.
Registration begins during the last week of October. The Christmas workshop poster will be posted on our website homepage with the email address used for registration.
Although the popularity of this workshop has increased over the years, due to limited space, we are able to accept only 60 registrations. If space is still available, registration may also be done during our Boutique held each year on the 3rd Saturday of November.
